A downloadable translation project for Windows
This project has no affiliation with Rectangle. It should not be considered a definitive or official translation of Raiders Sphere 3rd, and I claim no ownership of it. If something seems wrong, assume it to be the fault of this project rather than the original work. It will be taken down should an official translation be announced or released.

Intercept the sudden arrival of UFOs!
The third and final edition of exciting dogfight 3D shooter / flight sim Raiders Sphere takes the battle from towering skyscrapers to the ocean depths to the vastness of outer space!
Raiders Sphere 3rd Translation Project aims to translate Rectangle's 2006 flight shooting game Raiders Sphere 3rd into English.
Translations for system text and weapon/vehicle names and descriptions are sourced from Google Translate and DeepL, then edited with sanity checking against their functional meaning and their translations in the Project Sekai's Raiders Sphere 4th English release. Translations for briefing and mission dialogue are also sourced from Google Translate and DeepL, albeit with heavy editing for contextual meaning, tone, clarity, and formatting. They are most likely not precisely 1:1 with the original text.
While I cannot guarantee the exact accuracy of these translations, I am at least reasonably confident that they retain the original intent and provide a worthy way to experience the game and story. (If you want to do it better yourself, the readme includes details on how, along with info about server hosting and mission editing!)
The Translation Project only provides the files required to patch an existing installation of Raiders Sphere 3rd. It will not function on its own. Support the developers by buying the game officially from DLsite!
The patch is known to throw a false positive with some antiviruses. If you're having issues with the regular download, try the Antivirus Compatibility version. This uses a slightly older version of the executable that doesn't seem to get flagged; it's functionally identical, but has some minor bugs and may be missing a few editor/multiplayer translations.

Install instructions
Drop all contents of the Raiders Sphere 3rd Translation Project folder into an install of the game. The Translation Project cannot function without an existing install of the full game; if you don't have one, you may buy and download it from DLSite. https://www.dlsite.com/home/work/=/product_id/RJ069991.html
If you did not download the game from DLSite, you should make sure the installation is updated to at least version 3.53b. The version number is listed along the top of the game launcher. If it is, then the Translation Project will update it to the latest version (3.54) for you. If it's not, you should update the game prior to installing the Translation Project; files for that are available from Rectangle's website. https://rectangle.jp/download.html
Run "RSE3 Translation Project.exe" to start the game with full interface translations. The original "RSE3.exe" is kept for compatibility reasons, just in case. Likewise for the server program.
Using a Japanese locale via something like Locale Emulator, while not strictly necessary, is still highly recommended.
